Hi I know this isn't Southport but maybe someone can help  
Can I borrow another pair of eyes please.
I have searched and searched and can't find this boy in 1871.
Richard Cowell born 1861 in Blackburn.
He isn't with his Parents William and Agnes I have found them and the rest of the famly but he did exist got him named on Williams death cert. and also have his bith cert. and of further census.
Just nowhere to be found in 1871.
