I have now found Nathan Cropper marriage to Sarah Marsh at St Michael Aughton on 16 apr 1833, with witnesses Edward Cropper, Betty Marsh, Peter Barton. will the Edward Cropper be Nathans brother? Nathan does have a sister Catherine Cropper she married John Bridge 9 jan 1804 at Formby. can anyone find Nathan Cropper birth about 1783.  Very Happy

Have you got them on any census? That might help with his birth place and then the parish registers for that place & nearby churches

on 1841 he was living with wife Sarah and children  Margaret 1832, Thomas 1835. Henry 1836, and Alice 1837 she was born in Aughton from her birth cert. in liverpool chauncer st shopkeeper, is just says Lancashire.  on 1851 he was living his eldest daughter Margaret and with his sister Catherine Bridge she is classed as west derby and her daughter Ellen Smiths family in Aughton, on census it looks like sephton or it could be Aughton, so i,m still confused  Confused
