I am about (if I can find some free time) to start a search on my maternal Grandmothers side.  Not proving too easy so far.

She was Lillian Holmes, born of Florance and Thomas Holmes in Liverpool West Derby - they relocated to Southport around 1940's.  Also had children Gladys, Florance, William, Charlie, ...............

Wondered if anyone has come across any Holmes on their search.
