After finding the below, I tried to find the family on 1901 census, but the only Hugh I found had a wife Jane

Marriage: 21 May 1892 St Luke, Southport, Lancashire, England
Hugh Wright - (X), 23 Labourer Bachelor of 223 Hart Street Blowick
Ann Howard - (X), 27 Spinster of 221 Hart Street Blowick
Bride's Father: James Howard, Farm Labourer
   Witness: William Pimpkin?; Alice Howard
   Married by: Jno. Blew
   Register: Marriages 1883 - 1904, Page 108, Entry 216

I know that Ann was the daughter of James and Ann nee Twist, and James (Widower) and Ann are living with daughter and sister Alice Parkinson at 223 Hart Street on 1891 census, and at 221 Hart Street in 1891 Hugh is a lodger with James Howard, Ann's brother.

I have found a death for an Ann Wright in 1897 age 33, and a marriage for a Hugh Wright to a Jane Gerrard in 1898.

Before I go any further, just thought I would ask if anyone has them on their trees and if they have parents for Hugh.
