Today I have used the Park data base for the first time. I found that one of my husband's Scarisbrick's married someone called Peet. I have now found loads of info about her ancestors.

Still check & double check.
Some of my family in the area did not marry/christen at North Meols and the Park Databse seems to preferentiate on these registers. I have been in touch with Joyce regarding my line and she is amending but sometimes this does not effect the whole line.

I have started searching this database for the first time.  Joyce has a grandparent call PARK so I think that is where the name came from...but I could be wrong.

The information is absolutely amazing and I shall do as advised, use it as a guide and check it out before taking it as gospel!
