| Anyone know who the Jane Blundell is on # 3? Is she a Tabron who married a Blundell (can't see any in the bmd) or the daughter of Richard Blundell & Ann Sephton? If so what's the connection?

Did you mean "sister-in-law", Timothy's wife Elizabeth was also d. of John & Ann Ruffler I think.
I can see Jane Ruffler m Charles Davies 1864 and then Jane Davies m Edward Blundell 1874.
Jane & Betty Ruffler are both on the 1861 census with their parents.
Edward Blundell was previously married to a Mary Rimmer

Betty/Elizabeth is Jane's daughter. If she was Ann's daughter she'd be about 54 when she gave birth.

Like the Tabron's the Ruffler's have a bit of trouble deciding how to spell their name. Sometimes the only way to find them is search for their approximate age and first name.
I don't know if the 1861 Census was a mistake by the Enumerator or an attempt by John & Ann to cover up for their daughter.
