Hi i'm looking for a John William Shaw who i believe was born in Manchester, possibly on March 17, 1909. He passed away in Southport in 1971. I'm also trying to find information about his father and other Southport connections.

If anyone can help it would be greartly appreciated.

There might be a funeral report in the Southport Visiter which could be useful in noting family members?

And the local street directories don't stop until around 1970 - you might find the ones in the 1960's useful for his address - then you can look and see who else was living there in the electoral register
