The corner of Preston New Road and North Road is where the society meets ever month. Like Dotty I am recalling off the top of my head but when I was a lad in the early sixties there were regular articles in Cycling magazine by a Harold Briercliffe. He often wrote about Wild Boar Clough and other Northern delights so he must have been a Lancs. man. |
