cemeteries or church yard?hi i wonder if anyone can help me, my grandfather died in rufford road southport 1959. and and i wondered if anyone knows of any local cemeteries to that area,as i would like to know were he is buried.

p.s. could be churchyard.i dont live local,so cant look myself.

If he was buried at the cemetery (rather than church yard) then it would have been Duke Street.
If you know the death date you can telephone the local crematorium office and they will tell you the grave details if he was buried at Duke Street.
If you live locally you could also go into the local reference library and look for a death notice or funeral write up in the local papers of the time.
