I've been trying to discover who my great-granduncle married - family story is that her name was Clara, they moved to Manchester where Tom was a greengrocer.

I've found a possible marriage - Ormskirk Sep 1907 - Thomas Rimmer & Clara Fawkes.

Clara was the daughter of Henry Fawkes & Mary, nee Rothwell and from 1881 they lived in Southport, first in Cemetery Road, then in Duke Street. Henry and Mary had at least 8 children.

I have Clara Fawkes and her family in my tree. Her mother was Sarah Ann Rothwell the eldest daughter of my great great grandfather Richard Rothwell. Sarah's mother was Mary who lived with them in 1881 & 1891

I have a lot of info for the Fawkes as well as the Rothwell's.
