Pearly King 1902This is of my husband's Grabnd father - Edgaar Craven Jones.
I had no idea why he was dressed up until I wrote an article for the society magazine about the 1902 Coronation. Southport had a procession of bicycles and people dressed in various costumes. But Edgar's name wasn't on the list of entrants in the paper
