Rimmers - FormbyWondering if this site also includes Formby/Altcar Rimmers?
My husband's gt.grandmother was an Anne Rimmer born 1844 Altcar. Her father Richard Rimmer born c.1810 Formby, to Alice and Thomas Rimmer.

The NMFHS does sell the 1851 census for Altcar, Formby, Birkdale and Ainsdale, as well as the 1851 census for North Meols. Both of these have been indexed and will shortly be available on CD.
There are lots and lots of Rimmers on both.
