Street nos.I think number 2 will be near the junction with St Lukes/Rose Hill. I didn't realise those houses were so old...

Robert's WifeI have put out an appeal with members of the family and the following information has appeared. An "Affectionate Rememberance Card" for a Jane Wright widow of Robert Wright died aged 75 on 26/04/1890 and buried on the 30th. jane had a son called William and was married to Kate who died 15/08/1910 and buried on the 18th of August. Kate lived at 25 Pine Grove

I think these are a little early to have mentions in local papers. I have usually found funeral reports after about 1910-1970's.

I take it that it was William who died 15/08/1910. Mrs C Wright is shown at 25 Pine Grove in the 1914-15 street directory

According to the 1873/74 street directory 2 Kensington Road - David Wishurt - a builder
So I think either Robert moved or maybe he had died.
