Hi there I am looking for any information on Thomas Sumner b 1884, son of Richard and Emma Sumner, brother of Harry Brookfield and Frederick Harold Sumner. I know Fred died in 1918 in WWI and is remembered on the War Memorials, but now trying to find out anything about his older brother Thomas. Any info appreciated, many thanks Barbie

I know you are looking for Thomas but have you consulted the book - Southport Splendid Hearts for Frederick? It often has a link to a mention in a local paper of the time.
The only other suggestion would be a look through some old directories or electoral registers for Thomas and maybe a wife & family after 1901.
