Once people watch the programme they want to start family history - so loads suddenly register on forums like ours for all the help we give 
The programme makes it all look easy - but we experts know its much more fun. A bit of detective work and patience which the programme always misses.

Oh so true! If only they pointed out that it takes ages to get a certificate (but only if you're lucky enough to know which is the right one in the first place) - as you say, we know the fun and frustrations of family history
