Hi All

Just received the Certified copy of an entry of marriage solemnized at St James' Church in the Parish of Walton on the Hill in the County of Lancaster. #441 April 23rd 1855 between

Thomas Bond, Bachelor, Labourer of Formby whose father was John Bond, Farmer and

Mary White, Spinster of Formby whose father was Patrick White, Farmer.

The service was performed after Banns by Hen. Hampton (I think that is the signature).

Witnesses were Edward Morris and Nancey Snelson.

So I now know the name of Mary White's father.

Hope this info is of help to others.
