| I remember a game called stuck in the mud. A sort of tig. When you were got you had to stand still until one of your friends crawled through your legs to unstick you. No idea where that came from though!

When we lived in NZ, kids would play lolly scramble.
Lollies (known here as sweets) would be thrown in the air, then the kids would dive in to find them. I believe it was the basic training for Rugby!

Anyone played Ledgy where you had a rubber ball and threw it to the ledge on the tops of walls?
It had to return to you without bouncing on pavement.
Also two balls against the wall. We had lots of songs for that.
Then there was ball in stocking and bash it against the wall, don't know what we called that.
Good idea for an interest night.
Maybe we could all dress up as schoolchildren and reminisce?
Only kidding!!!

| I remember getting pictures of film stars in packets of sweet cigarettes and we used to play swapsies with them; we also had a game where somebody would shout out the name of a film star and if you had the picture you took a step forward and the one who reached the opposite wall was the winner - a bit dodgy when we were stepping across the road!
