Hiya evary one, Joan just phoned, she said she had a very
good evening at the Rimmer society, well she got the certificate
Alice was born on the 19th april 1875 in marshside father -
Richard Rimmer carriage driver, mother Ellen Blundell she just
made her mark, no address, just marshside,
joan said she'll make a copy and pop it through your door if you
wont sea cop, or you could meet her some were,
or you pop round to her house, she will be at home 4 - oclock
onwards phone her on southport

Hiya Dotty, joan said she thought there were quite a few folk there,
and that the speaker was very good, I'm all a bit over exited today
I'm so pleased That i know her now my G-Gran,
also another thank you gose to sea cop, as she found the marriage so
joans poping into town tomorrow to order the marriage cert of richard
and Ellen, so theres more to come next week,

Just like to clarify that the meeting was the North Meols (Southport) Family History Society.
Someone was obviously confused by Seacops other role with the Rimmer Society!

| Joan won't be able to get the Marriage Certificate in Southport! They were married in Liverpool - better to order it online from the GRO; ask Joan to get in touch with me and I'll speak to her about it!

| Bez it's an easy mistake when Sylvia has Rimmers on her mind. I'm sure most folk know the Rimmers only hold an annual gathering :grin:
