Another brickwall!
My GGGGgrandmother Ellin Cadwell married Thomas Sumner in 1794. The 1851 census (where she appears as Ellen Wright, second marriage) suggests a birth year around 1772, as indeed does the 1841 census. However there is no sign of her in the PR baptism transcriptions, and Joyce O has no parents for her either. There seems to be only one "active" Cadwell family in the last quarter on the 1700s, that of Robert Caddel/Cadwell and Isabel Sutton, at least as far as St Cuthberts goes, yet there don't seem to be any available gaps in their offsprings births where Ellin might fit. Her place of birth is shown as North Meols in 1851, and I can't see anything to suggest that she was from another parish (not sure whether the Lancs OPC transcript would transcribe this even if it were present on the marriage record) The marriage can also be found in Pallot's Index, again nothing to suggest she was from another parish.
It would be great to tie Ellin to Robert & Isabel, as other members of this family marry back into other families in my tree  and it would produce some interesting relationships
Any suggestions gratefully received
